Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the digital menu screen rental service provided by SIA "Interactive Media Spot" (hereinafter "SpotlightSignage", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in the Republic of Latvia.

By submitting a rental application or using our services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

SpotlightSignage provides rental of 42-inch commercial-grade digital signage screens for displaying digital menus in restaurants, cafes, and similar establishments. The service includes:

• A 42" HD commercial display screen
• Pre-installed digital signage software
• Free delivery within Riga and surrounding areas
• Remote technical support

3. Rental Agreement

The rental relationship is established upon electronic signing of a rental contract. The rental application submitted through our website is not a binding contract but an expression of interest.

The rental contract will be sent to you electronically for signing after we review your application.

4. Pricing and Payment

• An upfront payment of €155.97 (excl. VAT) covers the first 3 months of rental.
• From month 4 onwards, a monthly subscription fee of €51.99 (excl. VAT) applies.
• VAT (21%) is added to all prices at checkout.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

5. Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the rental at any time, including during the first 3 months. Upon cancellation:

• The equipment must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
• We will refund the unspent portion of any prepaid amounts.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

6. Equipment Care

The rented equipment remains the property of SpotlightSignage. You agree to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose (digital menu display).
• Keep the equipment in good condition and protect it from damage.
• Not modify, disassemble, or tamper with the equipment or its software.
• Provide a stable power supply and WiFi connection.

7. Liability

SpotlightSignage is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by your internet connection or power supply.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
• Content displayed on the screen, which is solely your responsibility.

In case of equipment malfunction due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the screen at no additional cost.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
